Introduction to the Clinical Team The clinical team, supervised by a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, consists of a Master's Level Program Manager, Clinician, Clinical Liaison, and Behavioral Health Technicians / Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals. The entire team has over 50 years experience working in the substance abuse field. Each team member receives at least one hour training per week on mental health and substance abuse-related issues and one hour training each week to enhance the overall quality of the therapeutic process and provide for staff development. |
